Of course, ancient civilastions had been using plant oils for thousands of years but they were not recognised in a medical capacity. Today, essential oils are still a common part of peoples lives. Whether it's in a diffuser, part of their skincare routine or to remedy a health condition, their therapeutic benefits are diverse.

- Balance - perfect for the home or office. A tranquil blend of Orange, Lavender & Patchouli. The ideal inclusion to your yoga or meditation session.
- Rockpools - the name says it all. Clean, refreshing & invigorating.
- Winter Warrior - Lemon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary for antiviral & antiseptic use. Excellent to diffuse when coughs & colds hit. Clean & fresh for every day.
- Aura - Orange, Lemon, Clary Sage & Patchouli to clear energy and reset the mood. This reiki inspired blend is aligned with the feminine dynamic.

Many of the essential oils used in our blends are certified organic. All of them are pure, botanical oils with a cruelty free certification. We do not add carrier oils or any synthetics. The blends are best used in a diffuser or tealight oil burner. We do not recommend ingesting any essential oil without prior consultation with an aromatherapist or physician.
When used correctly, they will deliver incredible health benefits, both emotionally & physiologically. Essential oils contain strong therapeutic properties, so it is vital the oils you use come from a trustworthy source.
