Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

Yes we do offer refund or exchange of our products. We require a request for refund or replacement within 60 days from purchase. One of our team members will assist you with your enquiry to ensure the issue is dealt with promptly.

If an error has been caused by Rosie & Joe's in relation to product, packaging or despatch, or in the unlikely situation that you are not happy with our product, we will email you a postage paid label to return the product to us with instructions on what to do. (conditions apply).

Rosie & Joe's take every care possible to provide the finest quality product. However, the stability of natural ingredients can be altered by handling and storage once goods leave our care. This is beyond our control, therefore we do not accept responsibility for mis-use, incorrect handling or storage by a third party or the receiver.

As general use of our products and the effect of that use is beyond our control, no liability will be accepted for the effect of use (including injury or damage) where unreasonable use is evident.

We cannot take responsibility for any health consequences of any person as a result of reading information contained on our website or use of our products. Customers should exercise sound personal judgement when determining the use of a product. Application of all our products is for external use only.

We recommend a consultation with your doctor or health professional, prior to using essential oils, if you have a specific health condition or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Alternatively, contact us regarding the essential oil you wish to buy to determine any contraindications it may cause.

Postage & Shipping

Delivery of an order within Australia will take 2 - 5 business days from the purchase date (some remote areas 7 + days). Postal charges will be added at the checkout. An email will be sent advising you of a tracking number for your order. We deliver with Australia Post and Team Global Express.International postage charges do not include taxes & duties imposed by the local Government of the postal destination. Shipping times vary depending on the country of destination. We use DHL and Australia Post for international shipping.Our customers privacy is protected at all times. We do not keep record of credit card details. Your payment details are secure & protected by our payment gateway partners, Stripe & PayPal. We will never share your personal details with any person, business or institution for any reason whatsoever.

Our primary wholesale supplier of our ingredients is certified cruelty free in Australia.We are committed to providing the highest quality natural products, free of all the toxins and synthetic ingredients found in many commercial brands. Nothing nasty, nothing harmful. The bulk of our ingredients is Australian, however some of our oils are imported.We only trade with ethical, eco-friendly producers who align with our values & core commitment to transperancy and responsibility.People with pre-existing health conditions and pregnant women should consult their doctor or specialist before using any essential oils. We do not recommend ingesting essential oils.Rosie & Joe's complies with all regulatory requirements set out by the TGA including insurance & certifications.
